  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized local collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
